 Free Shipping

Enjoy free shipping on all orders over $185.00. No promo code is needed, and this offer is automatically applied at checkout.

Flat Rate Shipping

For orders under $185.00, we offer a flat rate shipping fee of $8.00. This ensures that you know exactly what your shipping cost will be, regardless of the size or weight of your order.

In-store Pickup

 Orders placed before 2 PM are eligible for next day in-store pickup at or after 2 PM. Orders placed after 2 PM will be available for in-store pickup the following day at or after 2 PM.

Shipping Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 5-8 business days. Please note that business days do not include weekends or holidays. 

Order Notifications

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email to acknowledge that we have received it.
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you another email with tracking information so you can follow your package's journey to your doorstep.

Lost/Stolen Packages

Pat's Dancewear is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages once your order has been shipped. Please ensure your delivery location is secure.

Return Policy


Eligibility for Returns

Returns, refunds and exchanges will be processed on merchandise returned within 15 days of delivery. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Pat's Dancewear can provide a return label, that cost will be deducted from your total refund. All returns must be pre-approved by Pat's Dancewear. Contact us at info@patsdancewear.net or fill out a return request through your customer account to receive pre-approval. You will receive an email when your return is pre-approved and another when it has been fully processed.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

-Be pre-approved by Pat's Dancewear
-Include your proof of purchase.
 -Be postmarked within 15 days of its delivery
 -Be unworn, unused, with tags, and/or in its original packaging.

Refund Processing

Refunds on credit card purchases will be credited to the original card after we process your return. Please note that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund back to your account.
